What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Which bearing brands do you supply?

We are an authorized supplier for all major global bearing brands including SKF, FAG, NSK, NTN, TIMKEN, INA, IKO, Koyo and Nachi. All products are 100% genuine with full traceability documentation.

Can I request custom specifications or precision grades?

Yes. We supply bearings in precision grades up to P2, and support custom dimensions, sealing types (2RS, ZZ, open), clearance grades (C2/C3/C4) and special coatings. Flexible packaging and private labeling are also available on request.

What is the standard delivery lead time?

Our standard global delivery lead time is 7-15 business days from order confirmation. In-stock items can often ship within 1-3 days. Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders -- please contact us to discuss.

How can I track my order?

What shipping methods are available?

We support sea freight, air freight, express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and railway freight depending on order size and destination. We recommend the most cost-effective option based on your requirements.

Do you handle customs clearance and provide export documentation?

Yes. We provide a complete customs clearance package including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and QC inspection reports. All documents comply with ISO / DIN / ABMA / JIS international standards.

What quality certificates can you provide?

We can provide COC (Certificate of Conformity), original factory certificates, HPLC inspection reports, and third-party QC inspection reports upon request. All products undergo complete incoming and outgoing quality inspection.

What happens if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

Please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible. Our after-sales team handles all claims with priority response within 24 hours.

Do you offer a warranty on your bearings?

All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized supplier, we ensure every bearing meets factory quality standards. For specific warranty terms, please refer to the brand's official policy or contact our team.

Can I return or exchange products?

Returns and exchanges are accepted for quality issues or incorrect shipments. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please initiate a return request within 30 days of receipt. Custom or special-order items may have different terms -- contact us for details.

Do you provide technical support or bearing selection assistance?

Yes. Our professional multilingual sales team can assist with bearing selection, cross-reference lookups, CAD drawings and load ratings (Cr/Cor). Simply send us your application requirements and we will recommend the most suitable solution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, PayPal, and trade assurance. For large orders, L/C at sight is preferred. Please contact us to confirm the best payment method for your order.

What currency do you invoice in?

We primarily invoice in USD (US Dollars). EUR and other currencies may be accommodated for long-term partners -- please discuss with our sales team when placing your order.

Is a deposit required before production or shipment?

For standard in-stock orders, we typically require 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. For custom or large-volume orders, payment terms are negotiable. New clients may be asked for full payment upfront.

Do you offer credit terms for long-term clients?

Yes. Established long-term clients with a good transaction history may be eligible for net 30/60 day payment terms. Please contact our sales team to discuss credit arrangements.

Is online payment secure? How do I pay safely?
